Our website, TLLR.org, publishes articles and insights on interior design, covering topics such as luxury Italian design trends. We are committed to ensuring that all content featured on our site either belongs to us or is used with proper authorization.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been improperly copied or displayed on TLLR.org, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the specific copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list should be provided.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to allow us to locate it on our website. This includes a precise URL for each infringing piece of content.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe content you posted on TLLR.org was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. Send your written counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. It must include the following details:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled, and the specific location on TLLR.org where the material appeared before its removal.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to any judicial district where TLLR Interior Design may be found. You also agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of that party.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled through mistake or misidentification.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced or access restored within 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
TLLR Interior Design maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. Under appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
