About this notice

TLLR Interior Design is a small WordPress site focused on interiors and design. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit tllr.org, why it is used, who can see it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.

What comes to us and how

You can browse our articles without telling us who you are. We do not run ads, affiliate tracking, analytics, ecommerce, or newsletter sign-ups.

Information may reach us in these ways:

  • Comments. If you choose to leave a comment on a post, WordPress will receive the text you submit. It also records the IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection and moderation. You may choose to save your name, email address, and website in a cookie on your device for convenience when commenting again.
  • Email. If you write to us at one of our published addresses, we receive the content of your message and the contact details you provide so we can reply.

Cookies and similar storage

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function and for comment convenience.

  • WordPress sets session cookies for the site’s administrator account. These do not apply to regular readers.
  • If you comment, you can opt to store your name, email, and website in cookies on your own device so you do not have to re-enter them next time. These are optional and last for a period set by WordPress.
  • Our hosting and content delivery/cache layers may place strictly necessary cookies to route traffic and keep the site fast and secure. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
  • Because only essential cookies are used, we do not display a cookie banner. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Server and network logs

Like most sites, our hosting environment and caching/CDN services keep technical logs. These logs typically include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, referrer, and your browser user agent. Logs help us operate the site, troubleshoot problems, keep the platform secure, and defend against abuse.

Why we use this information

We handle the information described above to operate and improve the site, publish and moderate comments, respond to correspondence, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. When you submit a comment or send an email, you are providing the information so we can publish or respond. For other processing (such as logs), we rely on our legitimate interests in running a functional and secure website.

Who can see it

Access to personal information is limited:

  • Site administrators can view submitted comments and related moderation data.
  • Our hosting provider and caching/CDN services process traffic and logs as part of providing infrastructure. They act as technical service providers and do not use this information for their own marketing.
  • If required by law, we may disclose information to competent authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

  • Comments and their metadata are retained for as long as the comment remains published and for moderation history.
  • Email correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the conversation and maintain reasonable records.
  • Server and CDN logs are retained for operational and security periods set by our hosting environment and may be kept longer in backups or when investigating incidents.

Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Choose whether to comment and whether to store your details in comment cookies.
  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if inaccurate, to delete it, or to restrict or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law.
  • Withdraw a comment by asking us to remove it or by editing it where available.

How to make a request or complaint

To exercise your rights or ask a question, email [email protected]. You can also reach us at [email protected] or another address listed on our Contact page.

If we cannot resolve your concern, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority or regulator in your place of residence or work.

Children’s information

This site is aimed at an adult audience interested in interior design. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] so we can address it.

International transfers

Traffic to this site may be routed through servers in different countries because of caching and content delivery. As a result, the technical information described above may be processed outside your home country.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date below. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
